Aquarius - Summer 2005

GENERAL

The single most important astrological event of the summer is the arrival of Saturn in your opposite sign: from 18th July 2005 - 2nd September, 2007 you will discover what and who is worthy of your time, efforts and passion and what and who no longer serve a purpose. And for some, especially those of you with January birthdays, this enlightenment occurs this summer - and very probably during the last ten days of July. August is the most dynamic month of the next quarter, with many Aquarians making major life decisions then, and others enjoying a much-expanded view of the world - in all senses of the phrase.

LOVE

Saturn's influence will be felt most keenly in your love life, and you are beginning a two-year period of relationship epiphanies. Saturn encourages you to make long-term decisions and commitments yet this planet can also produce painful realizations and cause you to stand firmly on your own two feet. July and August produce the best and worst in life and love, with 6th - 13th July, 30th July - 5th August and the 26th - 28th August emerging as the most significant periods. The full moon of the 19th August is the only one this year in your sign: it inspires you to confront your feelings and experience closure and completion.

WORK AND FINANCE

You've probably observed that when your love life is going well, money and work take a nose-dive - and vice versa. Thus, with Saturn making heavy going of the department of love and romance is it any surprise that your career is about to take off? Finally, people are recognizing your talents and you are finding favour with the powers that be, and by the time Jupiter arrives in the zone of ambitions and life-direction (26th October), you'll be flying high. Positive job developments can be expected. Mid-August brings answers to questions and results of one sort or another, and from this point your progress is indeed onward and upward.

HOME AND LIFESTYLE

Dynamic and assertive Mars will be transiting the home base of your solar chart from the end of this July until February next year, so if you have been waiting to move house, make extensive alterations or add to the family you have all the planetary assistance you need and six months in which to fulfil your plans. Admittedly, there may be some aggro in the bargain, and a family relationship could be in shreds due to jealousy or a difference of opinion, but time will heal those rifts. You are far livelier this summer: competitive activities, sports and long-distance travel are on the agenda, and you could be the ring-master of events both on the home front and in social circles.
